Home Visits
MIH conducts free home visits upon request or if the individual has made more than 5 911 calls in a one-month period. During this visit, a trained paramedic will do a fall risk assessment of the house, refer individuals to services, and work from an interconnected approach to service delivery. Don't hesitate to contact Greg Eckert with any questions.
